The Ayrshire Classics Car Club was established in 2004, evolving from the local MG owners club. While we still have several members who proudly own MGs, we aim to foster inclusivity among classic car enthusiasts. To avoid any debates about what constitutes a classic, we adopted the motto, 'If you think that your car is a classic, then it is.' As a result, our club boasts a diverse range of vehicles from various marques, spanning from the early days of motoring to the present day—one member even has a car that is 100 years old! Our shared passion for historic cars unites us, and we thoroughly enjoy participating in classic car events and building friendships through our classic car membership.

At the Ayrshire Classics Car Club, we hold a meeting in Kingcase Parish Church hall on the second Thursday of each month, where we also discuss upcoming classic car events across the country. In addition to these gatherings, we enjoy showcasing our cars at fascinating locations, such as the Robert Burns Birthplace Museum and Culzean Castle. The social aspect of our classic car membership is equally important; we organize dinners and outings, visiting various interesting venues. Our activities also include taking cars to local schools and homes, with our program expanding as the season progresses.

There is a welcoming place for all owners of classic cars and sports cars at the Ayrshire Classics Car Club, and we actively encourage the involvement of partners in our classic car events. Join us today and become part of our classic car membership.
The Ayrshire Classics Car Club meets on the second Thursday of the month (January excepted) to discuss upcoming classic car events and share insights among members. Meetings begin at 7:30pm, and it is recommended to arrive early, as any guest speakers will generally start at 7:30pm sharp. For those interested, classic car membership provides access to exclusive events and activities. Tea, coffee, and biscuits are always available at a very reasonable price, and a friendly chat is included for free!
