If you use our Club Shop, data pertaining to your order & payment will be kept till the completion of your order.  If you pay via PayPal, your data will be handled by their service and no financial data is held by us in any event.

If you decide to subscribe to our Club Newsletter, your email address and name as well as your club membership status will be held by securely by MailChimp and policy can be read by logging into your MailChimp preferences.

Any data collected by the site for use in booking events etc. will be held till the event has passed and it is no longer required unless you contact us prior to this to request its deletion.

For users that register on our website, we store the personal information provided in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We take all precautions against hackers but in the event of a data breach, we will inform all registered users within a 72 hour time frame.
